Since 1983, Greenstreet Inc. has been providing construction services for many different types of businesses in Texas and New Mexico. We begin our "Proven Process" at the planning stages of each design build project. At this stage we utilize our years of experience and highly regarded relationships with city staff to communicate and collaborate the scope and intent of the project. As part of these first steps in the process, our estimating department will draft a preliminary budget based on preliminary design as well as historical data to determine a preliminary construction and design budget.


The second step of our "Proven Process" takes place in the consulting phase of each project. During this time, we utilize a variety of exceptional architects, designers, and engineers, whom we have a lasting relationship with, to produce a set of construction documents for estimating. At this time our estimating department will begin soliciting bids from subcontractors for each trade.


As the General Contractor, we specialize in a wide range of hotel, apartment and commercial projects. Our team of project managers and site superintendents work directly with city staff, design firms, and owners to coordinate, construct, and oversee the project. Thus providing highly trained site supervision to ensure the project is within budget and on-time.
